My answer to the question, "What is a children's book title that makes you nostalgic?"
Curious George, brings back memories of my children, when they were about 3 & 5, cuddled up with me while I read to them. They "read" as much as they listened by looking at the pictures and making up the story as we went along George's adventure. Lacy would say, "He is a naughty monkey!"
